What counts as my first win?
Any government contract awarded to your business (federal, state, county, city or town, prime or subcontract) during or after the program, regardless of value. You report it in your roadmap, your mentor confirms it, and the $7,500 is invoiced within 30 days of the award date.
What happens after month 8?
[Tim decides: platform access continues / renews at $___ a month / ends with the program.] Anything you built with us stays yours: your CRM, roadmap, registrations and any add-ons you chose.
Do I need to be registered with SAM.gov first?
No. Many members start before they’re registered. Your roadmap walks you through it, and federal registration is available as a done-for-you add-on.
What if I don’t win anything?
Then the second payment is never due. The $7,500 only applies to your first award, whenever it comes.
